Each Dion’s location employs 60-80 people. We hire clean-cut, active people – most of whom are high school or college-aged. We provide a challenging and fun environment that result in rewards such as pride, self-esteem, personal integrity and independence. And of course, lots of pizza. For many of our employees, Dion’s is their first job. We give them a foundation and work ethic that will serve them throughout their lives.
Because all cooking is done from scratch, we have an extensive training program for both new employees and upper management to ensure consistent quality. We train our employees and promote from within, offering a variety of career paths.
There are a few things we look for in a person before we decide if they’re a good fit for our company. If you are friendly, eager to learn and meet our dress code requirements, then you’re off to a great start. Since we are known for our flexible scheduling, we would love to hear about other activities in which you’re involved. This might include groups, clubs or hobbies. Also, it doesn’t hurt to know a little about Dion’s before wanting to work for us.
