Colorado Reading Program

Welcome to Chapter One, a summertime reading adventure! Dion’s is committed to promoting literacy through the Chapter One program, which encourages students to read throughout the spring and summer and rewards them for their efforts. 

Reading is like adding delicious ingredients to your pizza of life – fun, imagination, and lots of learning. We’re beyond excited to be right there with you as you start turning those pages of your story. So, let’s dive into Chapter One together and make it the start of something amazing!

 

 

Here's how to set out on your reading adventure:

• Students can read 10 age-appropriate books and record them on the Chapter One Reading Card. Don't have a card? No problem! Feel free to download a printable one here (coming soon!), or visit a participating Dion's locations in Colorado* to pick one up beginning April 27th. 
• Bring the completed Reading Card to Dion's in Colorado and receive a FREE 1-topping slice of pizza.
• Students will also be entered into a drawing to win the Grand Prize! 

Chapter One Grand Prize

At the end of the summer, three lucky readers will will win a year of free pizza from Dion’s (in the form of twelve $30 gift cards), a set of pizza-themed books for their personal library, and other fun Dion’s swag!
