Just like you, Dion’s is made up of a lot of little slices that make us unique. Our food is just one of them, but it’s a big one. We owe much of our success to a few simple rules we apply to our food: We always use the finest ingredients, we never compromise them for a cheaper price and we only serve pizza, salads or subs that make us beam with pride.

Gregorio, our Head Baker, oversees the baking of our baguettes and cookies. Ever the nonpartisan, he ensures that every baguette is equally crunchy and soft, and that every cookie has the same number of chocolate chips. (No one likes a jealous cookie.)
Joe is a pizza maker. His obsession with perfection makes for circular crusts that make mathematicians weep tears of joy. His array of toppings cause art critics to cry, “Michelangelo who?”
Bri, a salad pro, can knock out a lunch rush before you can say, “Holy cucumbers, these marvelous mixed greens make me want to get up and do back flips,” while still managing to carefully place our scrumptious feta on your Greek salad.
As talented as they are, these masters couldn’t do it alone. A group of people at our Home Office is entirely devoted to finding the freshest, most delicious ingredients. We also have a dedicated commissary team who prepares everything from our salad mix to our fruit cups, in addition to slicing our meats and cheeses, on a daily basis. They also prepare our special ranch dressing. We’d tell you its secret ingredient, but then we’d have to…um, just don’t ask, please.
When it comes to product development, we leave no stone unturned. In creating our Koolsla, for example, we tried three varieties of cabbage and three varieties of cranberries. We chopped almonds long-ways, short-ways, upwards and downwards to discover their perfect crunch. Needless to say, we ended up with a product that our taste buds love.
